Rains and Refurbishment

Newly refurbished the Lodge now boasts a charismatic new restaurant, bar and aquarium.

Indigenous walking palms cast long shadows over the new “Mkadi” bar, enhancing the gentle south eastern winds that breeze through. Guests can enjoy a plethora of wines, fine whiskeys and cool refreshments as they gaze out on a fishing scene that has played out for centuries.


Nothing like a beach wedding

[acidfree:422] Craig and Claire got married in the UK, but both of them really wanted a beach wedding, so we arranged a simple blessing for them on 2 August.
